Evaluation criteria turn a pile of offers into a ranked decision. Decide what matters and how much.

Weighting

Assign a weight to each criterion — price, lead time, warranty, technical score — so the comparison sheet can compute a best-value rank, not just the lowest price.

Tip

Keep weights simple. Three to five well-chosen criteria beat a dozen fiddly ones.
