A supplier can't see my event

Why an invited supplier might not see your event — and how to fix it.

If an invited supplier says they can't see your event, it's almost always one of three things. Work through them in order.

An invite only appears once the supplier's account is active. Ask them to check for the activation email and complete sign-up.
The invite link is unique to the address you used. If it was wrong, re-invite to the correct email from the Invite Suppliers panel.
If the RFx deadline has passed, the event closes to new offers. Extend the deadline from RFx Options to reopen it.
Fastest fix

Re-send the invitation. It issues a fresh, unique link and notifies the supplier immediately.
